1.  After entering, www.eAYSO.org, you should be on the eAYSO Welcome page. 2.  Unless you have registered your child(ren) on www.eAYSO.org before, Click on "FIRST TIME", otherwise Click on “Log In” if you created a profile before. 3.  Click beside “I would like to fill out an application for my child(ren) to play” and click NEXT. 4.  Fill in the Parent Information requested and be sure to include an email address for the Primary Parent- This email address will be used for all future communications from Mattawan AYSO Region 933. Click NEXT. 5.  Type in your email, password and secret question/answer so you can return to this e-AYSO system without having to resubmit all your information in the coming years. 6.  Write down the email address, password and secret question/answer and keep them in a safe place. 7.  Continue on and follow the directions given and fill in the requested information.               IMPORTANT TIP            - Our Region is 933 8. You do not need to choose a volunteer position at this time, although we are always in critical need of volunteers, specifically coaches and referees.  Coaching and refereeing at the AYSO level is not difficult and very rewarding! Detailed information about coaching and referee requirements will be forthcoming on the www.mattawanayso.org website.  9.  Read the disclaimer and at the bottom of the last page, click "I Agree" to pre-register your player. Congratulations! Your player is now pre-registered. 10.  Once you are returned to the Home page, you may now pre-register another new player by clicking on Application for a new player or print out your forms. To print your forms, click on Print Player form and read the instructions – Make sure any browser pop-up blockers are off or you will not be able to print.

11: Please print and sign three (3) pre-registration forms, (one for national, one for region and one for the coach). Once your forms are printed and signed, please include payment and mail to the address as noted below, and your done!
